Case Study must include:
An opening section that briefly describes the client’s reasons for seeking coaching and how coaching can assist the client.
A review of the client’s strengths and challenges.
Evidence that you help the client identify their goals, develop SMART goals and action
steps, and develop plans for overcoming barriers or setbacks.
Evidence of core coaching principles such as developing a partnership, listening and
asking, transformation and change, personal responsibility, and decision making.
Demonstration that spiritual principles provide guidance and support for your coaching
approach and the client’s leadership skills.
Your discussion of coaching and leadership skills should be supported by at least 3 references
including the Bible. You may use our class textbooks and presentations along with any scholarly
articles published within the past 10 years.
This paper should be written in the first person to strengthen the connection between what
you’ve learned and what you apply.
