Part A: Critically analyse change theory and associated models and apply these to your practice context
Part A Guidance:
You need to demonstrate awareness of theoretical concepts and how these have developed historically. In addition, the models developed from theory which are used to initiate and implement change should also be evaluated. Make strong connections to healthcare practice in terms of how theory underpins change in your practice context and role. Word guide 1000.
Part B: Write a reflective log discussing a specific example within your practice context and role where you have initiated and/or implemented change.
Part B Guidance:
The reflective log needs to be evidenced and a full reference list provided to correlate to in-text citations. Outline the example by first providing an overview of the problem that required change. Then reflect on what the challenges were, which skills you used to overcome these and how change was initiated and/or implemented. You will then
