Please follow the guidlines which I have posted in files. We have already did the first 4 questions. You have to do from this question ( Make an introduction to sustainability in the restaurant industry. Explain that for this project you will design a survey to evaluate sustainable indicators in restaurants (environmental, social and economic indicators). Design the survey based on the scientific paper from Costa Maynard et al. 2020. Explain and describe the blocks of indicators that you will use (10%). Add the template of the survey in Annex)
